Does the Banking Index look bullish to you?

I didn't think so. The markets are very noisy at the moment and we need the bears to capitulate to the idea that 'RoboMarket' is in control and there is no stopping it now that it is exceeding the summer highs. But again, this was all telegraphed weeks ago. The 'credit crunch' that Wall St. has neatly packaged into consumable sound bites did not magically disappear.
