Well, we all know how this usually goes; bears snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I meanwhile, sit comfortably short these two things because a) I am not nearly net short due to a perception of better risk vs. reward in the precious metals and b) I have my limits. Oh and c) I am a crappy bear anyway and have no ego related baggage in play :-(
Still, neither the SPY nor QQQ has disqualified the bear case yet.
